Our 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We strive for excellence in all our digital marketing services. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date or the date the initial service deliverable was provided, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds for services are evaluated based on the work completed and the nature of the service.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid invoice or proof of payment for the service.

Service Condition: The service must not have been fully rendered or completed. For example, if a 4-week project is requested for a refund on Day 5, we will evaluate the refund based on the portion of work not yet completed.

Specific Circumstances: Refunds will be considered if:

The project has not yet begun.

There is a clear failure to deliver a core service component as defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW).

Non-Refundable Services/Situations:
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

Completed Work: Services that have been fully delivered, approved, or are past the scope of the original agreement.

Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, domain registration, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.

Results-Based Disputes: Refunds are not granted based solely on marketing results (e.g., lower-than-expected conversion rates, search engine ranking fluctuations). Digital marketing involves variables outside of our direct control, and we guarantee efforts, not outcomes.

Hourly Consulting: Time billed and consumed for consulting or strategy sessions is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your invoice number, the service name, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

Review: We will review the status of the project and the provided justification within 1 business day.
Refund Processing Time
Once your request is received and the eligibility is confirmed, the reimbursement process will begin:

Processing Time: We commit to calculating the eligible refund amount and initiating the transfer within 5 business days of approving your request.

Credit Time: The refunded amount will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and payment processors typically require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
